Introduction

Welcome to Villa Rentals Miami LLC! These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of our yachts, exotic cars, and luxury villas. By choosing Villa Rentals Miami LLC for your rental needs, you agree to these terms.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the rental agreement and ends on the date and time specified in the rental agreement. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must contact Villa Rentals Miami LLC at least 24 hours before the end of the rental period.

 

Payment

To initiate your unforgettable experience, full payment is required before the rental period begins. A security deposit of 50% is required to reserve when paying with Zelle or Cashapp. We accept all major credit card payments. We also offer flexible easy payment plan options through Klarma and Afterpay for qualifying customers.

 

Credit Card Payment Disclosure

To protect both our customers and our business from potential fraud and unauthorized transactions, we require a two-step verification process for all credit card payments, both online and in-person. 

Online Payment Verification: After making your online payment, you will be required to present the physical credit card used for the transaction when you arrive on Charter date for your service.

Government-Issued ID Verification: You must also present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used for payment as well sign the Credit Card Authorization Agreement. 

These measures are in place to prevent any unjustified chargebacks and to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction. Please note that failure to provide the matching credit card and ID at the time of service may result in the cancellation of the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your rental period, you will be responsible for the entire rental fee.

 

For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the rental period, you have two options:

 

a. Reschedule: Select a new rental date within 3 months (subject to availability), and an additional fee may apply if the new rental exceeds the original rate.

b. Credit: Opt for a credit to be applied toward future rentals within 3 months of the original rental date.

Use of the Rental

We trust you to use our rentals responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Engaging in prohibited activities, such as reckless operation, illegal purposes, or operating under the influence, is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Your use of the rental assumes all associated risks, and Villa Rentals Miami LLC holds no liability for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during your rental, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Villa Rentals Miami LLC, including its owners, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, damages, or liability coming from your rental.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.

 

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the sole understanding between both parties, superseding all prior oral or written negotiations or agreements.

Amendments

Villa Rentals Miami LLC retains the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with amendments posted on our website. Continued use of our rentals after amended terms are posted signifies your acceptance of these changes.
